Jutal announced today that on 31 May 2018, Penglai Jutal Offshore Engineering Heavy Industries Company Limited* (蓬萊巨濤海洋工程重工有限公司), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has entered into a large construction contract with a famous Japanese global engineering general contractor to provide natural gas petrochemical modules of nearly total 100,000 tons with a contractual amount over RMB2 billion (equivalent to approximately HK$2.44 billion ), and the final delivery is expected to be in the first quarter of year 2021.
