On July 1, 2021, the practice and training base jointly built by PJOE and College of Safety and Environmental Engineering of Shandong University of Science and Technology held the opening ceremony. Wang Jianyou, deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the college, Liu Yin, deputy Dean of the college, Pan Gang, Secretary of the Youth League Committee, Liu Dongtao, deputy General Manager of PJOE, Zhang Jianli, deputy Manager of PJOE HSE department, and others attended the ceremony and unveiled the plaque. Both sides will carry out long-term cooperation in major construction, training and practice base construction, personnel training and other aspects.
Liu Dongtao, deputy General Manager of PJOE on behalf of the company expressed his gratitude to the school for its support. He stressed that industry-education integration and school-enterprise cooperation play a very important role in improving the quality of talent training. He believed that the construction of the practice base would provide a good opportunity for the organic combination and optimal allocation of school-enterprise resources, and jointly cultivate talents needed for economic and social development.

Under the orderly organization of both sides, from July 1 to 8, the first batch of more than 150 students came to study and exchange, PJOE carefully set up a number of activities such as safety system introduction, expert teaching and exchange, production site visit, providing students with a rich and colorful "Practice Package".
